Tagesbrot is a personal archive of breads brought home from bakeries around Köln. Every loaf is logged with objective measurements — weight, price, flour composition, leavening agent, bake style — and rated on crust, crumb, and overall quality.

The goal isn't reviews. It's memory. When a loaf is extraordinary, it should be findable again.
